Abstract

The expediency of improving the vibration stability of electronic equipment. The theoretical description of processes occurring in the structural components of electronic equipment in vibration influences. The article considers theoretical questions of the impact of vibration and shocks on structural materials and articles of electronic equipment. The described method of estimating the durability of components. We investigated the mechanisms of failure of electronic devices in the process of exposure to elevated mechanical loads. Describes the failure mechanisms of structural materials of electronic devices when exposed to vibration loads.
